Betty’s nickname is Betty the Boss.  A feisty female, Betty may be a good candidate for running solo lead because she can be quite dominant with the dog running next to her and likes to bump the other dogs in the exercise pen when she is free-running.  Her breeding includes Belgium Sheep Dog and Irish Setter mixed with Alaska Husky.  Betty came from Fairbanks where her long coat suited her well.  Betty’s best friend is also a red-head---Peter who is right next her to in our kennel.
